This forum is designed for organizations to bring their executive team, or other leadership and managerial team to the call and discuss the common problems and challenges they are facing in their respective fields and to share strategies and solutions with one another.

Chief Bruegman (Ret.) will host eight 75-minute video conference sessions to discuss and explore current topics recommend by the participants. This forum will provide dialog and insights on leadership challenges that are impacting multiple professions and how they are being addressed, and will provide a great way to network and connect with other professionals from other fields.
